We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How should I care for my Old Row apparel?
To preserve the quality of the print and fabric, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumbling dry on low heat or hanging to dry.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Since we begin processing orders immediately, we have a very limited window for changes. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement for any modifications.
